Job Description | Role: Area Sales Manager – IP- R1
Location: Delhi Key Responsibilities: Responsible for end to end ownership which includes sales, capturing of market insights and Major Initiative execution in the assigned geography. Effectively implement Key initiatives in assigned geographies in the areas of Distribution expansion, Dealer Management & Sales Operation. 1. Achievement of Sales for assigned geography/assigned set of customers 2. Drive Dealer Management by spotting the need for a dealer and achievement of Dealer wise sales objectives vs plan and also the achievement of secondary sales 3. Manage Key Accounts by capturing leads in the CRM basis inputs received in the market and convert them into opportunities. 4. Work with influencers and facilitate conversion of opportunities. Basis the inputs from influencers conduct trials at customer’s site to de-bottle the issues. 5. Control the receivables (from dealers and customers) and balance confirmations in line with credit policy. Proactively monitor financially stressed customers and dealers and take corrective action. 6. Give timely feedback to Product Specialists/ Technical Service Manager on New products launched. 7. Analyze secondary sales data and work towards achieving higher share of secondary sales. Experience / Skills: B.E./B.Tech (Chemical) /Paint/Polymer Technologist with 6 to 8 years of Experience in relevant industry |
