Manager – Product Management requirement in Reliance

Job Title: Mgr. Prd. Mgmt.

• Assessment of competitor activities & strategic grade positioning
• Provide inputs on market feedback on price, and other trends that may impact prices
• Ascertaining various discounts (cash / DE / QD & AQD / Trade / locational) and various slabs
• Track Imports offers and operating tariff arbitrage

# By-product Sales

• Ensure selling off by-products from all the sites and minimize stock
• Monitoring competing products and ensure maximum NSR
• Managing available storage space actively for smooth functioning of plants

# Production Planning

• Consolidating Grade-wise / Customer wise Sales Plan from all RO’s
• Tracking site-wise availability of feed-stock
• Preparing Site-wise Material Balance
• Optimizing production plan based on Tax / Domestic & Deemed exports requirements

# Management of Inventory at plant / depot – so there is no loss of sales

# Depletion of Ageing stock / slow moving grades

# Tracking and assessment of Industry consumption, sector growth

# Tracking production share v/s market share to arrive at export quantity

Education Requirement :

B. E. / B. Tech in Chemical / Polymer / Textile / Mechanical engineering + MBA

Experience Requirement :

4 to 7 years of relevant experience
